After mounting and routing a Corian seamed in sink, it then needs to be sanded to perfection. Removing the router chatter, creating a nice radius, and blending it into the existing finish is easily accomplished with the right sandpaper and technique.

Using an air sander makes things a bit easier because it so portable and easy to maneuver around the bowl.
