Freehand seam a solid surface joint without using a straight edge. The process is similar to cutting a mirror seam but is cut without using a straight edge. Because the router follows down the center of the separated pieces, it creates a perfect gap. When brought together, even though the seam is wavy, it's an exact opposite on the other piece.
The only thing you need is six clamps, a router and two spacers.
