What is everyone's opinion on the proliner??

Currently we use wood strips and template manually.

I hear the proliner is great but needs to be calibrated often to keep margin of error down?

Of course always double check digital to keep refabs down in general. We are currently investing in a couple CNC machines.

Is it worth the 20K+ investment??

I don't have one but hear it's accurate if calibrated.

There are some other machines from E-Template that look promising as well.

I've used most of the major electronic templating systems currently available. Proliner is fastest in the field. Laser Products has the most useful on-board editing software.

Proliner doesn't need calibrating unless something catastrophic happens to "knock" it out of calibration. Keep the guide wire/string clean and you'll be fine for many years.
