The Park FASTBACK flat edge shaping and finishing machine is ideal for backsplashes for natural stone and quartz surfaces materials.  The machines’ vertical stone flow-through design is efficient at gauging/polishing, polishing, and chamfering.
 
This incredible machine can manage material that is 1 – 6 cm thick, 16” to 12’ long, and 3” – 30” wide.  Producing straight flat edges to 45 degree chamfer top and bottom edge corners up to 1/16”, the FASTBACK is a must have machine.  The FASTBACK can fabricate a 2 cm medium/hard granite with a flat edge (1/16” chamfer) at a rate of 12” per minute.  The spindle oscillating heads produce an exceptional overall and eliminates any lines

The twenty-one non-marring clamping rollers with manual crank adjustments allow operators to control the pressure on the stone against the conveyor.  The powered conveyor is a 13½“ wide by 8’ 10” long and the seven foot in-feed and discharge conveyors are engineered with rollers and guide fences that support the material.
