Abbotsford, BC (April, 2009) - Integra Adhesives Inc. is pleased to announce the opening of its new Eastern US location. The new warehouse is fully stocked with Surface Bonder Xi, Rodding Compound, RTP-01, Dispensers and Mixing Tips. Customers will benefit from significantly reduced shipping times across the United States and Canada.
Conveniently located in Tennessee, the new warehouse will have a full stocking line of bonding products for Solid Surfaces, Natural Stone, Quartz Surfaces and Composites. This new location will effectively reduce the delivery times for Integra customers east of the Rocky Mountains from 5 business days to 2 business days.
“Our customers have told us that the one thing they might change about using Integra Adhesives would be to improve the transit times of their adhesive orders”, said Chad Thomas, Integra’s Inside Sales Manager. “For many of our customers on the East coast, adding the new warehouse will reduce shipping time by as much as 60% or more”
Customers west of the Rockies will continue to receive their shipments from the WA state location. As an added benefit, reduced shipping volumes direct from the factory will translate into faster shipping times for western customers. In effect, the 2 locations will operate more efficiently overall providing faster service to Integra’s customers regardless of their location in North America.
