Partners Portal Streamlines Customer Service and Programs
Peoria, Ariz. (April 7, 2009) – LG Surfaces, the North American supplier of Solid Surface, Stone, and Eco Surfaces, announces the launch of http://partners.lgsurfaces.com/, a comprehensive web-based resource designed to provide its existing and future dealer network with access to product information and appealing promotional campaigns that drive business to kitchen and bath dealers, fabricators,
remodelers, and commercial trade partners.

The new web site is customized to the user by providing filtered content based on the customer’s level of business and interest with LG Surfaces. It allows trade partners to view and act on sales leads in their area with custom marketing templates, research product specifications, place orders with their distributor, manage promotional events, and stay trend-aware on surfacing solutions via the shared content with media partners, all with the click of a button. Phase one of the portal designed for the residential network launched April 1, 2009, and phase two for the commercial network is expected to go live May 1, 2009.
