Just upgraded our cnc router to a new Homag. Now I have a big enough table to nest sheets. What router bits do you guys recommend for production cutting?

How many of you are miter folding?

In the past I have used Onsrud O-flute bits, but after doing some research I see guys cutting at over 500 IPM.

    Thanks

I use a Belin bit 2701864 and get 200 ipm and 18,000 rpm.

Would love to be able to cut at 500 ipm but haven't found a bit that is cost effective. Pinske-Edge has a bit that will cut at 800 ipm @ 24000 rpm but cost over $80.

I have done miter folding on my CNC but it has to be calibrated perfect and it's pretty slow to cut. I finally got a machine that will cut a miter fold so I no longer use the CNC.
