How many of you fine esteemed gentlemen are fabbing Livingstone?
From all accounts, they are just gobbling up market share in the US.
Everyone I talk to says "Its affordable and dead flat"
I know why its flat. Heh heh! |

Lenny: I just bought six sheets for my shower and bathroom renovation. I'll start fabbing as soon as school is over at the first of December. It's Corian without the high price. And for all you "Where's the loyalty/love?" readers out there, this DuPont Reward for Growth (sales) Award winner is showing DuPont all the loyalty/love they've showed me. Joe |

Joe, Sometimes we agree to disagree, but IMO if you don't mind an old consultant chiming in, you called it right this time! |

We use it. Stuff is inexpensive, perfectly flat and easy to get. They always seem to have stock of their material. |

Lenny, I would like to remind you that how we make our sheets so flat is a protected secret. While it is widely known that we use dancing dwarfs at the end of our line to stamp out warps, the shoes our dwarfs wear is our equivalent to the secret formula for Coke. Is is kept under lock and key. It you have uncovered the secret formula, we must talk because you are about to be rich man. The Blue Angels recently tried to uncover our "secret" formula by taking me up in their F18 Hornet (see picture below). Unfortunately for them, I passed out and barfed before I could reveal anything. I heard one of them saying "a Cessna would have worked on this guy". (yes, that really is me in the plane right before take-off). Have a great day. Robert Butts |

Dead flat, and priced right. I used six sheets on my own shower and countertop remodel and it was a breeze to work with.

Mr Butts, I already know how you make your sheets flat, but thanks for the fairy tales and hearty laughs. Hint- its all about capacity and line speed.. As your market share grows, if you opt to run those lines faster (a.k.a Corian etc.) instead of adding another, you will warp! Alot of people Stateside are very impressed with your product and service. Kudo's! Go get em tiger! Thats what I would do! |

Thanks. Were you able to see the picture? While I'm happy about the fact we make flat sheets (and will continue to for as long as I'm the CEO), I'm most proud of the Blue Angel flight.

Yes I saw that pix, it came through clear as a bell! Thanx, I just love those fly boy shows. They have them over here in China from time to time...but they tend to crash quite often. (badly designed and poorly manufactured jets and piss poor pilots). Many times I have been stranded on the Tarmac for hours in a plane for no apparent reason. I finally found out why. The Chinese Air force were conducting drills. Now our boys conduct drills 24-7, all over cities dodging in and out of commercial airline flight paths and we rarely see them. They rarely (or maybe never) ground planes because the US airforce is flying in the skies! That factoid made my respect for the US Airforce (which is huge) reach gargantuan proportions! |

Lenny, the pilot I few with was, well, a bad ass. He had flown combat missions in Iraq and Afghanistan. No non-sense and straight to the point. He took off and flew to the end of the runway, pointed the nose straight up, and gunned it. Went from sea level to about 10K feet in what felt like two seconds. I felt like I was in a rocket ship. After a couple maneuvers with some substantial G forces (or at least substantial to me), a couple of high speed rolls, flying upside down at 400 knots, going from 150 knots to .95 Mach in a blink of an eye, I was fried.
Another woman got to fly and she pulled 7.2 Gs. A reporter flew and he passed out on a 4 G turn. The difference between? The reporter was 40 and hadn't done a sit-up in ten years and the girls was about 25 years old.
Me? I just thankful that the reporter got to fly or I would have felt like the biggest p....y on the planet.
Take care,
Robert

Robert:
You're gonna fit right in here with stories like that.
I still can't see the pic though. Push it through some resizing and repost, please.

We've been using more of the product recently. As all said its flat as can be, no air bubbles, shows up with in 1 day, and is packaged to show up without any damage. It is all a fabricator would want it to be. Might it be to much to wish for some colors to rival the private collection??? |

Have any of you guys ever gone to their warehouse and picked up anything? Geez... That is an experience . After going through all the drama and jumping through hoops with some of the other brand distributors.. waiting forever to get loaded, ect, I drive up to their warehouse expecting to go through the same fiasco to pick up sheets. Instead, you will find they actually give you better pricing for pickup, smile when you walk in the door, go over your order paperwork with you, and then you will notice it is actually sitting by the door ready to be loaded, each time every time. Quick, easy, streamlined paperwork... just the way it should be. |

They have definitely figured out a way to go direct to the fabricator. This could be the model for Avonite and HI-MACS. |
