Hello Kelsey Thanks again for the kind words. Yes we shot the whole thing . Some of the video I shot using a SONY HD camcorder. Most of the pictures where taken by a very talent fabricator here on staff named Jeff Baumgart.
I got the idea for this video watching the NFL draft as they would play the song empire state of mind before commercial breaks. I thought our visit to the ICFF show in NY would be a great fit for the song
We have sent Jeff to Photoshop school in fact he's going again next month. Employee education is very important to us as not only Jeff but other fabricators are train on skills past the fabrication abilities this gives us great flexibilities
The graphics where supplied by the Starwood's team. I agree it made the displays really complete. There great designers that have outstanding vision.
We didn't have much time to work on this project .We where approached two weeks before the show with an idea on how the party that we had already made a dj booth could be even a better experience for the attendees . Everyday we spent about an hours going over the design with Starwood's and Ferron from. LG.
The job hit the shop floor on the Wednesday before the show. We completed all the displays on Saturday AM . Loaded the truck and headed to NY Sunday 5 AM .It took all day to set up with an hour to spare before the party began.
Our shop guys are unbelievable ! None of this could have happen if it wasn't for there attitude and great skills.
Some may ask what purpose did that video have? it's all about getting your name out onto the web. You Tube is huge. Internet marketing has only hit the tip of the iceberg. not having a social media marketing plan no matter how big or small your company is is a very big mistake moving forward.
