Yeah, about what I thought. I remember he and Tom Pinske went back and forth for quite a few years.

Joe, here ya go..save a copy for your files...I been researching my butt off on these designs..like dani and pinske..I love these inlays...I dont know if what i do is called inlay..it seems like I just rout a groove and throw mirrors and luma crunch in it...then polish it up...these are works of art...and machinery has taken away the art or inlay in designs to produce more tops to pay the bills  i guess

Some of those edges are not really edges they are corner sculptures. Dani created edges that can be applied to an actual countertop.
