    THIS SHOP NEED TO BE TURNKEY.

    I WANT ALL THE MACHINERY WERE SETUP FOR ME. AND ALSO 25 FT HEIGHT CEILING. A LOADING DECK. FORTLIFT (8000 POUND) AIR COMPRESSOR BRIDGE SAW INSTALL TRUCK

    You've listed everything except the most important: An audited set of books showing profitability over several years.

    Everything else is just equipment and real estate and there's plenty of both at fire sale prices right now.

    joe. thanks,, but some shop, they closed already, they dont have any sale. do you think is worth buying? but they have pretty good machinery.
