    Karl:

Please let me help you dominate the universe of solid surface repairs. I found this beauty in the Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, airport when returning from a recent vacation:

Yeah, that's rotting, expanded (in the desert no less) particleboard underlayment.

It ain't all that far from you, but I hear it's a bitch getting a work permit in Mexico. Fly in with tools, repair and fly out with a check, permit, shmermit.

    Norm:

I didn't buy any jewelry, but 10 minutes out of Cabo airport after we arrived, my brother hit a cow.

    Karl,
Are you talking about the countertop, the cow, or the Toyota?

How do you hit a cow? Did it run out in front of you?

That top needs some serious support.

    Andy:

The damn things are running around unfenced all over down there. They just changed the law, now you can supposedly recover damages from the rancher. It used to be you had to pay him! Click on the above link for the full story, I can't post all that again.

Joe.. Arizona is a free range state. My buddy hit a cow on his Harley a few months back. Several of them had wandered onto a 4 lane road. Being a free range state the cow's owner can't be sued.

Glad no one was hurt, my friend spent a few days in intensive care, just had surgery on his leg to repair the damage.

    Hey Joe,

Why didn't your brother just tell the cow to ''MOOOOVE" out of the way?
(Sorry that was a really stupid joke, but I could not help myself!)

If it was either a taller cow or a lower car, it could have been an udder disaster.

Val....  good to have you back on here.  You have been gone from posting a very long time.  Have you been out looking for Andy a Mini Cooper?  I just noticed something on your post...
    and it looks concerning:
