Hey guy's this is the Betterly trimmer I was talking about, once you have taken the existing cove out either put the fillet in as the other pics show or put it in reversed as others have said and do a smaller radius so as to leave as much of the large particulate as possible.

Andy,

We have a separate head on the v-groover with a blade that will do coves. I forget if you have a v-groover, but you could also use your CNC with the right tooling. This basically accomplishes the same thing as cutting the 45 degree piece, as you only remove a little less than an 1/8" from the face of the material.
