    I was informed on fri when I placed an order that the shipper would charge me 35.00 for a 24 hr heads up call.    I need that call to make sure we are at the shop,  I also do every shipper a favor by meeting them down the road to accept the order with a pick up or trailer,  our road and drive can be tricky so we cut them some slack.   If the charge is true then watch for pics of a semi turned over in my drive way,  hope I get the order off first.

    The post office offers some good deals on small packages. If it fits in the box no matter the weight same price. Check it out the post office needs work.

    This is typical. Look at the cell companies. They all charge an almost identical early termination fee. Airlines do the same. They now charge for luggage.

    I think one does it and the others sit back and wait to see if there is a public outcry. If no backlash, the rates go through the roof.
