It sounds like Moraware will be even better but I have to admit I don't know what mapping will do.
Andy and Val started using the program several years ago and it took me awhile to learn to love it. Not because it did not work well but because I was used to the big schedule board. Now I cannot imagine life without it.
Since John and I work part time, we check the schedule from home and see when we need to be at the office or on a job site.
The one thing I have found annoying is that no one will answer my questions.
If I ask:
Has Mrs. Jones confirmed her install time? "Check Moraware"
How many sheets did we order for that job? "Check Moraware"
How many kitchens did we do last year? "Check Moraware"
I am convinced they have a little recorder in their pocket and just push the button when I ask a question.
I think they like the program so they do not have to talk to me.
