I got it, Chris, and I'm sorry not to have replied. I think it came in yesterday. I'm still waiting to hear whether or not it's a go, and I will definitely be talking to you about it.

I am stepping in late but what is wrong with routing it out of a single piece thus eliminating all the seperate files and glue joints. Regardless of the position of the drain hole it should only take a few minutes to generate the shape and toolpathing for this type of pan. We do this routinely in Enroute 4 and it's a piece of cake. I still can't figure out why the four section method would be good.

Tom,
Because with my toolpathing software I can only slope in one direction. The overlapping of the bits trying to layer it and using different slopes on different layers would overlap the heck out of it.
Chris was going to (if I got the job, which I didn't) give me a G-code from his software and I was going to plug it in.
