Ditto, Joe.

Jon loves to show us everyone else's artsy stuff.
He gave us elegance, function and ingenuity. That's good stuff.

Hey gang,

Cool pictures, and yes Joe you are right about those chairs in the train station.  Cool stuff!!  However, although I think projects such as these are great for "marketing'' solid surface and showing off the versitility of the material, the more practicle side of me still thinks we should be teaming up with AARP to do a marketing campaign to target our customers...the 50 + residential crowd.  Let's face it, the baby boomers are all retired and remodeling their homes, and they have the money to spend.  And I don't know about the rest of the country, but here in California that crowd isn't all too thrilled with the dark colors and the maintenance that comes with natural stone countertops.

Just a thought....

Val

Hello Shane. I would love to show you a picture. But the table is going to a show. I don't think the designer would appreciate it. When the show is over I'll post the picture.

Thanks Joe. The Hoey Chair is an Icon in the designer world. The Grand Central Chair Project showed Fabricators that any Idea can work with the proper planning.

Now the trick is to keep this ball rolling. Like we have said in the past. We need to educate the designer world. Update our company web-sites with outstanding photos . Show in our showrooms what makes Solid Surface a cut above the rest.

Hey Jon,

Just curious where you guys were getting your squirrel fixings from.  We saw them previous to last years show, but have been unable to find a distributer here in the US.

Thanks,
 Dennis

Hello Dennis. We still buy them from the company in England that makes them. Use the link Gordon has posted that's the place.

I just found another cool site. go to the link you see. take the tour of the house of the future. Pick the first floor. It goes into more detail what the Z-island is all about.

They look very similar to Blums drawer face adjuster. Anyone know how they differ?
