Thanks for the info about the granite and qaurtz guys, got me to get one customer away from them and into solid surface now hopefully we can get number two to decide we can make her top shine similar to granite since she seems tolike it that way.

This deal about being able to share contract forms and check off sheets sounds great. Good way for us all to learn what not to do or do right to keep happy clients.

Tom,

I would really appreciate that. Should I email you at the info address found on your website?

Thanks

Chris

Rueben, in my search for info on granite and e-stone, I ran across stoneadvice.com .  Great site for answers on this stuff.  If I was a consumer and I found this site, I would run from any and all stone and e-stone tops.

To each his own, and yes I'll probally start fabricating it soon.  Just will be able to educate customers before they buy.

"if it is so safe, why aren't they supporting the testing?"

Notice the logo to in the "Industry Partners" section.  Stone Fabricator's Alliance is now the new stone advice.  Mark is a good guy and to say he is passionate about stone is putting it mild.  You will get the answers about stone from him.

Was this the thread you wanted. Al listed about the pros and cons on this one, but I think on another somewhere.

First one I could remember.
