I have talked with many, especially Matt from Formica and the doors is always open. All the manufacturers helped with the Warrant Chart, so I would not describe them as not wanting to help. I think they are just more selective than many would like. |

Anybody, One more thing talking about OJT.. How does one insert photos? Can't seem to figure it out. Please remember for my sake.." academics is not a sign of intelligence" once said to me by a previous boss, an english proff. @ Mich.State . Made me feel better. Thanks David G.[/QUOTE]
Just Reply or start a new thread. Above the text box you will see a small icon that looks like a mountain with a sun behind it. When you scroll your mouse over it, it will say "Insert/Edit Image". Click that and follow the instructions.
Give it a try and see what happens. If you can't get it let me know and I will help you out. |

David, for my first time posting pics, I got a bit confused. Look for the box at the top that says upload, click on it and browse your computer till you find the pic, click on it and upload it. Click "send it to the server", if it doesn't do anything, click on "ok" at the base of the window. It should send it and a page with some weird writing comes up for a few seconds till your pic loads. You can resize it before posting, change one size and the other will change itself.

If you load it too large, the screen will get really wide, just click on the pic and hit the pic button again and you can type in a number in the size box and resize it. |

That was about the only time I've heard that procedure described in a way I'd understand. Good one, Al. |

Now, if someone would just explain to me how I can edit my own posts.... might come in handy for the times I put my foot in my mouth. |

I have just made you able to remove your foot from your mouth whenever you need to. Look at the top of each of your post and you will see and "Edit" button. |

Just so I don't do a no no on this, what are the rules on editing a post? Just go back and knock out the bad parts?
Hey, this could really make me seem smart, just go back and rewrite what I said. I bet I can win an arguement with Joe now. Start predicting outcomes of sporting events, my own little time machine.......I wish.
Thanks Andy. |

Al,
I hope to heaven no one tries to establish little things like when do we edit or let it ride. There are far too many rules in this world as it is. Go with your gut.
If I mangle a sentence so badly that the point is lost or wrong, I will either reply and correct, or edit and note that I edited. If I misspell, I generally leave it, as I had it coming.
Get your point across however you have to and don't worry about it.
I hope that helps. If it doesn't I will go back and edit it so it does.
That's a joke, son.
