Hello everybody!
we are Fabio and Barbara working together in our family company in Lomazzo (Como Lake) Italy. Fabio was a Bavelloni technician (on CNC machines) and we are now working the the stone and glass field doing technical service here in Italy. We discovered that there is a hudge world all around glass and stone processor and we are trying to serve all of them best we can. So we have spare parts, tools, second hand machinery, accessories and lots of other things.
we are pleased to be part of this forum. We would be glad to help and exchange experience.
CIAO,
Barbara + Fabio

Hi everyone!
I am Paul Evans with Evans Counter Craft Inc. & ECC Granite, Inc we are located in Pilot Point Texas about 1 hour north of Dallas. I basically grew up in the countertop business. My father started a small laminate shop about 30 years ago and we have now evolved into laminate, solid surface, cultured marble, es stone and granite. We are a small company that tries to focus on quality rather that quanity therefore you probbably wont see us around any production builders homes. If anyone has been in the DFW area you will know what I mean. I currently manage the Granite division but I have done it all starting with sweeping the floors. That is why this site intrest me because you cover most surfaces.
Well that is my story.
Hello again. |

My name is Bill Dawe. I am a research consultant for Global Strategy, Inc., based outside Chicago, IL. Our specialty is business-to-business research.
We are currently working on a project in the solid surface materials market and have learned quickly that the fabricator is the key to understanding what is going on with customers.
We joined the Fabricator Network at the suggestion of many working in the field and hope to post some basic questions to fabricators about their wants and needs.
Thanks,
Bill Dawe

HI!
My name is Lonetta and my husband Chad and I own the Olive Branch in Pocatello, ID.
Chad is actually a former employee of the Olive Mill, he left them to move to Idaho and when he saw that he didn't like how countertops were being made here he decided to start his own company. When coming up with a company name the first thing he thought of was "Olive Branch" because in essence he felt like he had branched off of the Olive Mill since they taught him everything he knows. He called them up and asked if they minded and here we are.
I have been running the office and selling countertops for only 5 years and like Val, I taught Preschool before helping out with the business. It has been an incredible experience and although it has its ups and downs I love it!
Chad may have already introduced himself and gave his story, sorry if this is a repeat. |

Hi Lonetta & Chad , are you near Cur de lane? I have a buddy who is a big time builder there. |

So what you are trying to say is Andy was the shop rat while you worked there. How many trash barrels could he empty in a hour?
