Eli, I have gotten in trouble for not arranging the pillows on the bed properly too, I sympathize with the 20 year old. |

im sure you do. the same day that happened she accused us of tracking paint across her ugly blue shag carpet yes there was paint but it was dry and that was our first stop of the day we went strait from the shop to the house we immediately checked everyone shoes (only 2 of us there). no paint she wanted new carpet. the bad part about it was i cam in in the middle because i was the solve everything guy at the time and i just got sucked into a vortex of mental distress have you ever had to fix something that did not need fixing |

We had a Corian top that had an ugle piece of particulate the customer didn't like. I couldn't blame her one bit. So we took it back to the shop fixed it and then reinstalled it.
The cool thing was that it was a perfect rectangle so we flipped it around. Se looked at the material and couldn't find the fix. The fix was perfect anyway, but it was a nice way to hide it even more.
Customer happy.

Andy and Eli:
When I went to Corian school a guy told us about a lady customer that didn't like some wood cabinet doors on her new kitchen. He said "Fine, I'll replace them, but it will take several weeks."
He came out, took off the doors, wrapped them in blankets, stuck them under a bench for about a month then reinstalled them. She was delighted with her "new" doors.

Joe,
I believe though ,if you have the voice recorder out in the open for all to see, it is ok.
He has already called this morning and asked what my plans are. I told him I was returning his deposit, as he is someone I chose not to work for. He hit the ceiling.... LOL.... and started screaming, so I hung up. he called back and said I could not hang up on him... so I did again. LOL.... The rest of the story.... I have hung up on him one more time... LOL.... he sent me a letter saying, I was fired and he was hiring someone else.... what? I'm the one that made the choice,,, not him... but whatever. I got a phone call from a fab I know... asking do I know this guy... I tell them the story... they decline his work... and it pisses him off more. His wife comes to see me... apoligizes for him and asked me if I would "please" come finish the job. I told her I would need to be paid upfront, plus there would be an additional charge of $32.00. She wrote me out a check, I finished the job in a few days, she loved it. I left her a copy of the final bill which included the $32.00 charge... itemized as "PITA charge " She called me back and told me her husband wanted to speak to me. He got on the phone and said he was sorry for acting that way that his wife says he gets too upset too easy. I told him his wife was a smart lady. He then said, BTW what is that PITA charge? I said it stands for Pain In The Ass and I use that money to buy myself irish beer to destress from being around people that are hard to be around. You could of heard a pin drop.... I just said "Cheers Mr Hodge... and hung up... |

Kelsey, well done. (applause applause) I often tell my daughter I should have named her "PIA" for the same reason. All extra money is saved for Irish Beer, are ya bringing some PITA funds to orlando? |

man.. I'm hoping too. I hope someplace has Wexford Irish Cream Ale on tap... giddyup!! My Irish guy whom I built the pub for, says the legend has it, that Wexford Ale makes the girls clothes fall off if the guys sing loud enough. I'm hopeful our chemist Lenny can verify that legend. |
