Here's a rendering of a project we are doing. It consist of a Shower pan, Tub and Sink and seamed as one unit.  All out of Solid Surface. Why don't you print this out and bring it to your designers spread the word. Solid Surface is a great material for designers to have fun with.

Jon,

You telling me that whole thing is made out of solid surface?  Are you thermoforming the tub in one piece?

I would love to see the completed project if it ever gets the green light.

Jon:

Thanks for the drawing and the inspiration, but at first glance, I thought the tub was the lav.

Perhaps if you were to superimpose a discreet picture of a woman reclining in the tub it would keep others from making the same mistake.

Just trying to help,

Joe

Jon,

That is spectacular! A Very complex design, At first I thought it was a diagram of dark matter flux in the crab nebula.

But upon closer examination It shows the versatility of solid surface in the hands of a master craftsman! Great design Jon!!!!!

Hello  Everyone. This job is in progress as we speak. Tom saw some of it while at  the shop last month. It was put on hold for a dew weeks while we adjusted the design on the tub. As with anything time is now the issue. It needs to be in Switzerland in a week and a half.  Needless to say the shop will be very active.

Dave the whole unit comes apart .The fabricator on site will hard seam the project from there.

I posted this as Joe said to aspire you guys not to give up. The applications are endless.

Having a site like Andy's that promotes SS  24/7  is very useful.

P.S. I didn't design the unit it cam from a very talented designer we came across that loves Solid Surface!

Thanks for all the comments!!
